My best market would be the one which I trade, and that's the European session overlapping the U.S. session. I live in London so it's just natural, and seeing as there's the most liquidity in this session, it suits me just fine.

I've tired the Asian session in the past but it just ruins life as I had to stay up very late into the night. It just ruins ones day!

    London session for the win.

Trading is a science of uncertainty and an art of probability.

Why do you say US is the best?

Us markets are more volatile and normally any trader who has missed the London trading session will be active in the US session.

Apart from that US is the leading currency of the world
