    Retracement Definition

    Retracement Definition: Price which has moved against the prevailing trend.

    FX Fatcat Tips: Traders sometimes use the Fibonnaci Retracement tool to try to pre-identify the level at which price may retrace to and then continue moving in the direction of the prior trend.
